Using Design in Plotter Printing

Plotter printing is fashioned by cutting an image exposed of a sheet of ink, weeding away all the parts of the sheet which aren't requisite and then heat sealing the ink onto the garment. The image is designed on the computer as a vectored picture. Please don't be anxious if you can't supply us with your designs in these formats. We can just as simply work from a .bmp or jpg etc. even though we have to retrace the design. We can also cut any font you can discover as long as it will victories’ and is not too fine.

As you can see the ink sheet is a flat color and we are not capable to reproduce any color graduations inside a design using plotter printing. Weeding away the surplus ink - such as the centers of letters O's, B's, A's etc - also becomes tremendously hard if the design is too small or too difficult. We value our eyesight !Cutting can also become not possible if the design is too complex or is too well with cut appearance very close to each other - this also build the weeding process extremely difficult.
